My MBA journey at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth taught me an important point about leadership – “Leadership is not just about the titles we have claimed or the positions we have held, but about the influence we have on those around us.” And my perspective about leadership evolved as I waded through the waters of different corporate organizations – donning several hats, and collaborating with managers and leaders with strikingly different backgrounds, ideas and ideals.
At “A leader’s Corner,” I am passionate about exploring the world of leadership and business, and bringing the stories of the unsung heroes in this field to the forefront. I believe that there are countless individuals who have made a positive impact in the world of business, but whose stories are often untold. It is my goal to share these stories and to inspire others to follow in their footsteps.
In addition to sharing the stories of others, I also wish to explore the different ideas and concepts that have helped me in my own journey. Whether it’s personal growth, leadership development, or simply finding balance in life, I hope to provide valuable insights and perspectives that will help others to grow and achieve their own goals.
